Brad and D’Neal Krisch founded Brickhouse Construction, LLC in 2009 with a vision to deliver exceptional construction services while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction. Brad, known for his hardworking, savvy, and focused approach, drives the company's success with his demand for superior performance on every project. He thrives on the challenges of managing the business, constantly seeking ways to optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer service. 

D’Neal plays an equally important role, providing leadership and oversight in the company’s financial operations. She manages accounting, long-term business planning, and stays ahead of housing trends, ensuring the company remains aligned with industry standards.

Both Brad and D'Neal graduated from Texas Tech University in 2001 with degrees in Business Administration. With experience spanning all aspects of the construction industry, they take great pride in their attention to detail, the quality of their work, and the long-standing relationships they’ve fostered with subcontractors over the years. Their commitment to excellence and community involvement is reflected in both their professional endeavors and their active role in Fort Bend County, where they reside with their four children.
